Mission Statement
We are commited to helping raise human consciousness through the power of organic raw vegan food nutrition and other positive mindful products.
Owner Tim Stegmaier has been a health and truth seeker all his life, developing gradually into eating all living foods over years of searching and refining. Through practicing yoga and dance he has discovered raw foods to have the most profound positive effects on the body,mind and spirit. Tim is an artist of life, and is motivated by a natural visionary inclination to improve the overall well being of this world.


Owner Aaron Suttschenko has been eating 100% raw vegan foods since 2001 after meeting a "raw fooder" who vibrated more energy than anyone he had ever met. After living on all raw foods for a couple of years and being inspired by the results he had been getting, he helped open an all raw juice and salad bar. He then moved on in 2005 to partner with raw food friend Tim Stegmaier where the mission was to make available the highest quality packaged raw foods. Aaron's wife and three children also thriving on 90% living foods.

A FEW RECIPES TO CONSIDER



Raw Heart Healthy Pizza with SUN FLAX FOCACCIA
Pizza Sauce
In a Vitamix:
-
4 packed cups sun-dried tomatoes
-
1 Tbs. sea salt
-
4 Tbs. olive oil
-
1/3 cup agave nectar
-
1/2 cup pizza seasoning
-
2 cups water
-
5 cloves Garlic
-
2 lemons (peeled)
Blend until creamy
Spread this on top of the Focaccia and add:
Topping Options: sliced avocado (instead of cheese), olives, fresh basil, sliced mushroom, sliced peppers, sliced tomato, sliced onion, olive oil.
This recipe sells like hotcakes at the Loving Cafe in Cincinnati, Ohio.
A Raw Gourmet Breakfast Sandwich with SUN FLAX RAISIN
On top of the Raisin bread add: Almond Butter, Agave Nectar, Sliced Banana, dash of cinnamon
Topping Options: add any fresh fruit, use maple syrup or honey.
A Raw Vegan Tuna Sandwich with SUN FLAX RYE or ORIGINAL
The Salad

2 carrots grated
-
2 stocks celery copped
-
1//4 cup red onion chopped
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 bunch parsley
The Pate'
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
1/2 Tbs. sea salt
-
2 cups sunflower seeds
-
2 lemons, or 4 Tbs.
-
1/2 cup water
Put the salad into a large bowl and set aside.
In a food processor: blend garlic and sea salt first and then add sunflower seeds and process into a powder. Add lemon juice and just enough water to make a thick cream.
Add to the salad bowl and hand mix.
Add this on top of the bread and VOILA!
Top with sliced tomato, sprouts, onion, etc.
