Tim is an artist of life, and is motivated by a natural visionary inclination to improve the overall well being of this world.

Owner Aaron Suttschenko has been eating 100% raw vegan foods since 2001 after meeting a "raw fooder" who vibrated more energy than anyone he had ever met. After living on all raw foods for a couple of years and being inspired by the results he had been getting, he helped open an all raw juice and salad bar. He then moved on in 2005 to partner with raw food friend Tim Stegmaier where the mission was to make available the highest quality packaged raw foods.
